Sunbed Installation Process & Requirements
At J Solutions Services Ltd, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient installation process for all your sunbed needs. Below are the details regarding our installation procedure and requirements to ensure your sunbed is set up correctly and safely.
1. Scheduling & Installation Date
- Installation Confirmation: The installation date will be confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received. After the installation date is set, it is crucial to adhere to the agreed schedule. Any changes to the date must be requested in advance and are subject to approval by the J Solutions Services Ltd team.
- Notice Requirement: If you need to change the installation date, please notify us at least 7 working days in advance. This helps us accommodate the change and avoid delays.
2. Access to Installation Site
- Access Requirements: To ensure a seamless installation, the buyer is responsible for providing proper access to the installation site. This includes arranging for a parking space close to the premises for our team’s van, allowing us to unload and move your new sunbed(s) without delays.
- Clear Pathways: Ensure that there is a clear and unobstructed pathway for the delivery and installation team to move the sunbed into the designated room. This will help avoid any unnecessary delays during the installation process.
3. Ventilation & Electrical Setup
- Ventilation: The room where the sunbed will be installed must have adequate ventilation to ensure proper air circulation during use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the room meets the ventilation requirements as per the data sheet provided by J Solutions Services Ltd.
- Electrical Installation: The room must have an appropriate electrical supply that is suitable for the specific sunbed model being installed. It should be compatible with the voltage and amperage required for the sunbed’s operation, as per the data sheet provided by J Solutions Services Ltd.
4. Room Size & Suitability
- Size Requirements: The sunbed room must meet the size specifications provided by the sunbed manufacturer. This ensures that the sunbed can be safely and comfortably installed. Please consult the sunbed’s dimensions (length, width, and height) against the room size before placing your deposit.
- Clearance Space: In addition to the room size, ensure that there is enough clearance around the sunbed for proper air circulation and safe operation. Adequate space is essential for easy access and maintenance of the equipment.
5. Standard Installation Service
- Ground Floor Installations: Our standard installation service includes setting up the sunbed in a room located on the ground floor, with easy access for our team. If the installation site is on a higher floor or has restricted access, please inform us before the installation date.
- Additional Crew: If the installation requires extra manpower (e.g., for installations on upper floors or difficult-to-reach areas), the buyer needs to inform us immiedietaly. In such cases, an additional installation fee may apply.
- Team Size: Depending on the complexity of the installation, our team may include 2-3 technicians. For larger or more complicated setups, additional technicians may be required.
6. Sunbed Operation system & Cables
- Cable Requirements: The buyer must provide and install the necessary cable at their own expense. This includes music cables and operation system cables. Please ensure that the cable is properly installed and meets electrical safety standards. Ensure you leave approximately 2m length of cable both ends (cubicle and reception area) for our team to wire the cables to the equipment. Cable requirements will differ depending on the type of system the buyer decides to use. Please consult with our team prior to the installation.
7. Installation Delays or Additional Work
- Failure to Meet Requirements: If the buyer fails to meet any of the installation requirements (e.g., room preparation, access, or electrical setup) before the agreed installation date, J Solutions Services Ltd reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any extra work, delays, or re-scheduling required.
- Additional Fees: Any work beyond the standard installation process (e.g., room modifications, additional crew, or special requests) may incur an additional charge. This will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Once you’ve placed your order with J Solutions Services Ltd, the following payment terms and conditions apply. These ensure a smooth transaction and timely delivery of your sunbed.
1. Deposit & Pricing Agreement
- Deposit: To confirm your order, a deposit must be paid upfront. The installation date will only be scheduled once this deposit is received. Please note, due to import/export requirements, our team can provide you with estimated dates (W/C) and can only confirm the final installation date once equipment is imported and goes through electrical checks by our engineers.
- Price Agreement: Once the deposit is paid, the price for the sunbed and installation is final and non-negotiable. J Solutions Services Ltd will not amend the price unless the buyer fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined, which may result in additional charges.
2. Cancellation & Non-Refundable Deposit
- Cancellation Policy: If the buyer decides to cancel the order after the deposit has been paid, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. We advise confirming all details before proceeding with the order to avoid any inconvenience.
3. Final Payment
- Due on Installation: The final payment for the sunbed and installation services must be made in full on the day of installation at the latest, unless another form of payment has been pre-arranged.
- Confirmation Before Installation: The installation team will proceed with the setup only after final payment has been confirmed. This ensures that the sunbed and all services are paid for before installation begins.
4. Device Inspection Before Installation
- Inspection Rights: The buyer has the right to inspect all purchased sunbed devices before installation. Please check the sunbeds carefully prior to acceptance.
Tanning Cosmetics & Accessories Shipping
We aim to dispatch all tanning cosmetics and accessories within 2 working days of receiving your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, it will be shipped via a reliable courier service with a tracking number for your convenience. You can easily track your order using the unique tracking link provided by our team, or feel free to contact us and we will check the tracking status for you.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. Please note that we cannot combine separate orders into a single shipment, so each order will incur its own shipping charge. For the best value, we recommend grouping your items into a single order.
Packaging & Care:
We take great care in ensuring your items arrive safely. Each parcel is carefully packed with attention to detail, and fragile items are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit. We pride ourselves on providing premium packaging to maintain the high quality of our products.
Returns & Damaged Goods Policy
In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused items. To initiate a return, please ensure the following:
- Product Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Courier Report: You must complete a courier service damage report at the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully when accepting delivery from our courier.
- Return Process: Once the damage report is completed, please contact us to arrange the return of the damaged goods. Our team will guide you through the return procedure.
